ACTIONS & CONSEQUENCES

If there's anything adulthood has taught me, its that every action has a consequence.

The consequence you get depend on the action you put in place. You don't just wake up and become the butterfly, growth is a process. Don't skip the process, embrace it.


If I'm to give a 20 year old me a piece of advice, it would be

  • Don't give up too easily
  • Focus
  • Never settle, aim high
I always say I have no regrets and anything that happens happened for a reason but then I don't think I'm being completely honest, no matter how hard I try  to deny it there would always be regrets but the ability to move past them and be a better version should be the aim.


There would always be consequences to every action we take, so pick your actions wisely so when the consequences comes knocking you'd embrace them and know its part of life and process.

    Create a barricade around your life and don't be too accessible to people else people will take advantage of you

    Looking back, i do not regret choices and decisions i've made but i thin i could have done better. So moving on, i carefully make my choices and don't let my emotions rule and consciously remember i'm in charge, i'm the author of my book.

Na me mess up. Again

I texted twice, maybe thrice… okay, definitely more. 🙄 And yes, I know I’m not supposed to write long paragraphs, but guess who turned into a one-woman novel committee? Yours truly. I’m here to report myself. Why? Because I’ve been aired. Again. But this time? It didn’t sting like the last ones. Maybe because I wasn’t expecting much. Maybe because, deep down, I just needed closure even if it didn’t come wrapped in kindness or clarity. It wasn’t perfect. It wasn’t pretty. But it was… something. And sometimes, that’s enough. If you know me personally, you'd know I'm an overthinker, I live in my head hence I get overwhelmed easily and lately I've had so much going on, so much to do and this has made me overwhelmed. Woke up this morning feeling so weak coupled with the fact that I had tension headache all through the night and I had a crazy chest pain so I barely slept. I was contemplating calling in sick at work or manage to go, in between I got a message from a one of my biggest cheerleader, I opened the message and the headline was "6 things mentally strong people do" the first one caught my attention and I didn't even bother to check the other 5 before I ran off to the bathroom to get ready for work. it says "THEY MOVE ON, THEY DONT WASTE TIME FEELING SORRY FOR THEMSELVES" While in the bathroom I was contemplating on this words, Do I really need to feel sorry for what I can't change or handle? instead I should get up move on to things I can accomplish for the day ...
